New Clients
If it is your first visit to Spa Pevonia, please check in to the Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can get you comfortable before your treatment and complete the necessary health questionairre.
Late Arrivals
We operate a busy Spa and pride ourselves on being ready for your treatment and not running late. We understand that your time and our time is precious. Because of this, If you do arrive late for your appointment we will still have to finish your treatment on time, while the treatment fee remains unchanged.
Rescheduling
To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you reschedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure you reservation is at the most suitable time for you.
Cancellations
To secure your appointment over 1 hour in duration or a group booking we will require your credit card for confirmation.
Any cancellation within 24 hours we will charge at a rate of 50% of the service fee.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Eftpos for payments of $20.00 or more.
Gratuities
Gratuities are accepted but your best reward is your personal recommendation
